Terms and Conditions

These $TRUMP Coin Club Terms (the “Coin Club Terms”) supplement, and are incorporated into and form part of, the Terms and Conditions (the “General Terms”). For additional information regarding the $TRUMP and the Coin Club program operated by Fight Fight Fight LLC, including Celebration Cards LLC, the owner of Fight Fight Fight LLC, and our allocation of $TRUMP coins, please visit https://gettrumpmemes.com/.  Updates and information relevant to the $TRUMP community, including with respect to the Coin Club and related programs, are published periodically on our official website https://gettrumpmemes.com/ and on the official X account @GetTrumpMemes.  Interested parties should monitor those channels for the latest developments and announcements.  Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the General Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Coin Club Terms and the General Terms, these Coin Club Terms shall prevail to the extent of such conflict. By applying for, registering with, or participating in the Coin Club, you agree to be bound by these Coin Club Terms and the General Terms.

The Coin Club is an invitation-only membership program available to holders of $TRUMP coins. To be eligible to apply for Coin Club membership, you must hold at least one (1) $TRUMP coin in a registered wallet at the time of application.

From time to time and in its sole discretion, members may be offered the opportunity to participate in certain events, promotions, experiences, and other benefits, which may include, among other things, leaderboard-based competitions, merchandise discounts, invitation-only gatherings, and events organized or sponsored by third parties. Any such events or experiences may only be offered periodically and on a limited basis, and there is no assurance that any particular event or experience will be repeated or offered again in the future. The specific details of any such opportunities (including the nature of the experience, eligibility requirements, how to qualify, and whether they are offered by us or by other members of the community) will be communicated separately at the time they are announced. Such opportunities may or may not be directly linked to the quantity of $TRUMP coins held by a member, and the availability or scope of any particular benefit may depend on a variety of factors determined in our sole discretion. We make no representation or guarantee regarding the frequency, duration, continuation, or future availability of any Coin Club benefits or experiences past the first Snapshot Date (as defined below). Membership in the Coin Club does not constitute an investment of any kind, and no person should acquire or hold $TRUMP coins with any expectation of profit or financial return. Neither the holding of $TRUMP coins nor the amount of $TRUMP coins held by any individual entitles, guarantees, or otherwise confers upon such individual any right or claim to any specific benefit, reward, service, or experience offered by or through the Coin Club.

The Coin Club may, from time to time, publish a ranking of its members (the “Leaderboard”). The methodology, criteria, and frequency of updates to the Leaderboard shall be determined by the Coin Club in its sole and absolute discretion and may be modified at any time without prior notice. A member’s position on the Leaderboard does not constitute a promise, guarantee, or representation that such member will receive or be eligible for any particular benefit, event, or experience offered through the Coin Club.

All Coin Club memberships, invitations, tickets, hospitality access, and Leaderboard benefits are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by us.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to revoke any member’s Coin Club membership or event eligibility at any time and for any reason, including without limitation for conduct deemed harmful to the project, community, sponsors, or public reputation.

No press or media representatives are permitted at Coin Club events without our prior written authorization. Attendees shall not act in a media or press capacity at any Coin Club event unless expressly authorized in writing by us.

You acknowledge and agree that no reimbursement will be provided for any $TRUMP coin purchases, no compensation will be provided for any market losses or fluctuations in the value of $TRUMP coins, and no compensation will be provided if your Leaderboard ranking changes for any reason.

By participating in the Coin Club, you consent to the public display of your wallet address, Leaderboard ranking, and username or alias on the Leaderboard, the Website, and any related platforms or materials.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Coin Club membership benefit, event, or experience at any time and for any reason without notice. All events and benefits are subject to availability and may be modified, postponed, or cancelled at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. The Covered Parties shall have no obligation to provide any specific benefit and no liability whatsoever in connection with the modification, substitution, or withdrawal of any Coin Club membership benefit.

The Coin Club does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that $TRUMP coins have any utility, payment functionality, or commercial integration beyond serving as an eligibility criterion for Coin Club membership. No representation made on the Website, in marketing materials, on social media, or in any other communication by or on behalf of Fight Fight Fight LLC constitutes a binding promise that any specific benefit, discount, merchant partnership, event, or experience will be available, maintained, or delivered. Any descriptions of potential benefits are illustrative only and are subject in all cases to the discretionary provisions set forth herein. You acknowledge that you are not acquiring or holding $TRUMP coins in reliance on any such representation.

Certain statements on the Website or in communications related to the Coin Club may describe anticipated, planned, or potential future benefits, events, partnerships, or experiences. All such statements are forward-looking and are subject to risks, uncertainties, and assumptions that may cause actual outcomes to differ materially from those expressed or implied. We undertake no obligation to update, supplement, or revise any forward-looking statement for any reason. No forward-looking statement constitutes a guarantee, promise, or binding commitment.

Any discounts, promotions, or benefits offered through third-party merchants are provided by such merchants in their sole discretion and are subject to each merchant’s own terms, conditions, availability, and participation status. The Coin Club does not guarantee the continued participation of any merchant, the availability of any discount or promotion, or the terms on which any merchant benefit may be offered. Merchant relationships may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice. References to specific merchants on the Website do not constitute a guarantee that such merchants will participate in the Coin Club program at any particular time or on any particular terms.

You acknowledge and agree that: (a) the Coin Club is a discretionary, community-based program and not a transactional exchange of value; (b) no benefit, event, or experience has been promised to you in exchange for acquiring or holding $TRUMP coins; (c) any benefit descriptions on the Website are illustrative of the types of benefits that may be offered but do not constitute commitments; (d) your decision to acquire or hold $TRUMP coins is made entirely at your own risk and without reliance on any expectation of receiving specific benefits; and (e) the modification, suspension, or discontinuation of any benefit does not give rise to any claim against any Covered Party.

You acknowledge that the existence of the Coin Club, including any benefits, events, or experiences offered in connection therewith, may temporarily increase demand for and the market price of $TRUMP coins. Any such price increase may be temporary and may not be sustained. You should not acquire or hold $TRUMP coins based on any expectation that the Coin Club will cause or maintain any particular price level. The price of $TRUMP coins is subject to extreme volatility and may decline substantially at any time, including as a result of the modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Coin Club or any of its benefits. You assume all risk of loss in connection with any price fluctuation of $TRUMP coins, whether or not related to the Coin Club.

You acknowledge and agree that any promotional activities, leaderboard competitions, events, or other benefits offered through the Coin Club are independent of, and are not designed to influence the timing or execution of, any token disposition program that may be in effect. The existence of a Coin Club promotion or event does not indicate that Fight Fight Fight LLC, CIC Digital LLC or their respective affiliates are not contemporaneously disposing of $TRUMP coins pursuant to a pre-announced plan, and you should not acquire or accumulate $TRUMP coins based on any expectation that promotional activity will increase or maintain the market price of $TRUMP coins. You further acknowledge that your decision to acquire, hold, or accumulate $TRUMP coins in connection with any leaderboard ranking or other Coin Club eligibility metric is made entirely at your own risk and is not made in reliance on any representation regarding the token disposition activities of Fight Fight Fight LLC, CIC Digital LLC or their respective affiliates.

BY REGISTERING FOR, ATTENDING, OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY EVENT, EXPERIENCE, GATHERING, OR ACTIVITY OFFERED BY OR THROUGH THE COIN CLUB (EACH, A “COIN CLUB EVENT”), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT PARTICIPATION IN ANY SUCH COIN CLUB EVENT IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS AND DANGERS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY COIN CLUB EVENT, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION RISKS RELATED TO: (A) TRAVEL TO, FROM, OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY COIN CLUB EVENT, WHETHER ARRANGED BY US OR INDEPENDENTLY; (B) PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY HARM, DISABILITY, OR DEATH; (C) PROPERTY DAMAGE, THEFT, OR LOSS; (D) ILLNESS, EXPOSURE TO INFECTIOUS DISEASES, OR OTHER HEALTH HAZARDS; (E) THE ACTS, OMISSIONS, OR NEGLIGENCE OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, VENUES, HOTELS, TRANSPORTATION PROVIDERS, FOOD AND BEVERAGE PROVIDERS, OR OTHER ATTENDEES; (F) THE CONDITION, ACCESSIBILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY VENUE, FACILITY, OR LOCATION; AND (G) ANY OTHER RISKS INHERENT IN OR ARISING FROM ATTENDANCE AT OR PARTICIPATION IN SUCH COIN CLUB EVENT. YOU HEREBY WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE THE COVERED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTION, SUITS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND LIABILITIES OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY COIN CLUB EVENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY, WRONGFUL DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER LOSS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THIS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER IS INTENDED TO BE AS BROAD AND INCLUSIVE AS IS LEGALLY PERMISSIBLE UNDER ANY AND ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, STATUTES, AND REGULATIONS, AND SHALL BE INTERPRETED AND ENFORCED ACCORDINGLY.
