These 2026 Winter Event Terms (the “Winter Event Terms”) supplement, and are incorporated into and form part of, the Terms and Conditions (the “General Terms”) and the $TRUMP Coin Club Terms (the “Coin Club Terms”). For additional information regarding the $TRUMP and the Coin Club program operated by Fight Fight Fight LLC, including Celebration Cards LLC, the owner of Fight Fight Fight LLC, and our allocation of $TRUMP coins, please visit https://gettrumpmemes.com/. Updates and information relevant to the $TRUMP community, including with respect to the Coin Club and related programs, are published periodically on our official website https://gettrumpmemes.com/ and on the official X account @GetTrumpMemes. Interested parties should monitor those channels for the latest developments and announcements. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the General Terms or the Coin Club Terms, as applicable. In the event of any conflict between these Winter Event Terms, the Coin Club Terms, and the General Terms, these Winter Event Terms shall prevail to the extent of such conflict. By participating in or attending the Winter 2026 Event, you agree to be bound by these Winter Event Terms, the Coin Club Terms, and the General Terms.
The 2026 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix event (the “Winter 2026 Event”) is scheduled to take place October 9 – 11, 2026 in Singapore, but may be rescheduled to a different date or location, or cancelled, due to circumstances beyond our control or for any other reason. The Winter 2026 Event is available exclusively to the top twenty-three (23) $TRUMP holders on the Leaderboard as of October 1, 2026 (the “First Snapshot Date”). Eligibility for the Winter 2026 Event is determined based on time-weighted holdings of $TRUMP coins during the period from July 18, 2026 through and including the First Snapshot Date (the “Measurement Period”), not merely the quantity of $TRUMP coins held at a single point in time, as further described on the Leaderboard website. Participants of the Summer 2026 Event (i.e., the FIFA World Cup Final Weekend) who retain their holdings of $TRUMP coins through the Measurement Period will receive a returning champions boost equal to 10% of their final World Cup score from July 5, 2026, which will be applied for purposes of calculating their ranking on the Leaderboard for the Winter 2026 Event. For the avoidance of doubt, at any time during the Measurement Period, if a Summer 2026 Event participant holds an amount of $TRUMP coins that is less than its holding as of July 5, 2026, the 10% boost will not be applied. The First Snapshot Date is the date and time at which your time-weighted $TRUMP holdings over the Measurement Period will be measured for purposes of determining your ranking on the Leaderboard and your eligibility for the Winter 2026 Event, as announced on the Leaderboard website. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, residents and citizens of the following countries are not eligible to participate in or attend the Winter 2026 Event, regardless of their Leaderboard ranking: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Yemen, and any other country, territory, or jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S., EU, or UN sanctions or where participation would be prohibited or restricted under applicable law. This restriction applies regardless of whether any such country has a participant, team, driver, or other representative in the underlying event.
The Winter 2026 Event may be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason (including, but not limited to, a force majeure event). In the event that the Winter 2026 Event is rescheduled to a later date, then in our sole discretion, we may elect to: (a) reschedule the Winter 2026 Event to coincide with the rescheduled event on such later date; (b) replace the Winter 2026 Event with an alternative event; or (c) provide persons who are qualified for the Winter 2026 Event with a limited edition TRUMP NFT in lieu thereof. If the Winter 2026 Event is cancelled, then in our sole discretion, we may elect to pursue option (b) or option (c) above. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or discontinue the Winter 2026 Event at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, (i) the failure of the event host or any affiliate thereof to obtain, secure, or be granted access to a suite, hospitality space, or other event access, (ii) the withdrawal, revocation, or non-performance by any hospitality provider, venue operator, suite licensor, ticketing provider, or other third party, or (iii) any change in venue policies, capacity restrictions, or allocation decisions by the venue or event organizers, in which case we may, in our sole discretion, elect to pursue option (b) or option (c) above.
A “Verified Attendee” means any individual who (a) is among the top twenty-three (23) $TRUMP holders on the Leaderboard as of the First Snapshot Date, (b) has successfully completed all required security and background checks to our satisfaction, (c) meets all Winter 2026 Event eligibility requirements set forth herein (including the age and geographic restrictions), and (d) has been approved by us, in our sole discretion, to attend the Winter 2026 Event. An individual who fails to satisfy any of the foregoing conditions at any time shall not be, or shall cease to be, a Verified Attendee and shall have no right or entitlement to attend the Winter 2026 Event or receive any benefits in connection therewith. To become a Verified Attendee, each individual must be 21 years or older and the age of majority in their local jurisdiction, will be required to sign a release and any other requested documents, must meet the Winter 2026 Event eligibility requirements, and must undergo a security and background check and investigation and be approved in advance as determined by us in our sole discretion. If any individual fails to pass the required security or background check, or otherwise ceases to qualify as a Verified Attendee after the First Snapshot Date, such individual’s invitation shall be immediately revoked and such individual shall have no claim for reimbursement, compensation, or damages of any kind against the Covered Parties, including without limitation for any travel, lodging, or other expenses already incurred in anticipation of attending the Winter 2026 Event.
Verified Attendees will receive, subject to availability and at our sole discretion, luxury hotel accommodations for a three (3)-day stay, private ground transportation, and gourmet meals as part of the Winter 2026 Event experience. UNLESS WE EXPLICITLY STATE OTHERWISE IN WRITING, NO ADDITIONAL TRAVEL, LODGING, MEALS, SPENDING MONEY, INSURANCE, OR INCIDENTAL EXPENSES ARE INCLUDED. All other expenses incurred by verified Winter 2026 Event attendees in connection with attending the Winter 2026 Event (including, but not limited to, airfare, gratuities, incidental hotel expenses, visa fees, passport costs, personal purchases, and any other costs not expressly described herein) are the sole responsibility of verified Winter 2026 Event attendees and are not reimbursable by Fight Fight Fight LLC or any Covered Party for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation in the event that an attendee’s eligibility is revoked, an attendee fails a required background or security check, or an attendee is otherwise unable to attend after incurring such expenses. The Winter 2026 Event experience consists only of the elements specifically listed in these Terms and Conditions; any details not described herein will be determined by us in our sole discretion, and no additional benefits are included.
A verified Winter 2026 Event attendee may elect, in writing, prior to the Winter 2026 Event, to arrange his or her own travel to and from the event and/or to utilize his or her own accommodations in lieu of those provided. In such event, the attendee assumes all responsibility and risk associated with such independent travel and accommodations arrangements, and the Covered Parties shall have no liability, obligation, or responsibility whatsoever in connection therewith, including without limitation for any loss, injury, delay, cancellation, or expense arising from or relating to such independent arrangements.
Any event gift items described in connection with the Winter 2026 Event are provided at our sole discretion and are subject to change, substitution, or cancellation at any time and for any reason without notice, and the Covered Parties shall have no obligation to provide any such items and no liability whatsoever in connection with the modification, substitution, or withdrawal of any event gift item. All event gift items are distributed in person only; attendance is required and items will not be shipped. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to invite additional guests to the Winter 2026 Event beyond the initial number of attendees, subject to such guests meeting all applicable eligibility, security, and background check requirements set forth herein. The Winter 2026 Event is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Formula 1, Formula One Management, Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile, the event organizers, any league, federation, governing body, venue operator, team, driver, or any other third party associated with the underlying event. The Winter 2026 Event experience is provided “as is” without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied. Invitations to the Winter 2026 Event are non-transferable, and no substitution, exchange, or cash alternative will be provided except as expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions and determined by us in our sole discretion. We reserve the right, where lawful, to substitute all or part of the Winter 2026 Event experience with an item, experience, or package of equal or greater value if any portion of the original experience becomes unavailable for any reason.
Verified Attendees acknowledge and agree that their attendance is subject to compliance with all applicable venue rules, circuit or stadium codes of conduct, ticket terms of use, and any additional terms and conditions imposed by the event organizers, Formula 1, Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile, venue operators, or any other applicable authority. Alcoholic beverages may be served at the Winter 2026 Event, and Verified Attendees must comply with all applicable laws regarding the consumption of alcohol.
Formula 1, F1, Singapore Grand Prix, Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only. The Winter 2026 Event is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula 1, Formula One Management, Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile, or any related governing body, league, federation, team, driver, venue operator, or event organizer.
You acknowledge and agree that any promotional activities, leaderboard competitions, events, or other benefits offered through the Coin Club are independent of, and are not designed to influence the timing or execution of, any token disposition program that may be in effect. The existence of a Coin Club promotion or event does not indicate that Fight Fight Fight LLC, CIC Digital LLC or their respective affiliates are not contemporaneously disposing of $TRUMP coins pursuant to a pre-announced plan, and you should not acquire or accumulate $TRUMP coins based on any expectation that promotional activity will increase or maintain the market price of $TRUMP coins. You further acknowledge that your decision to acquire, hold, or accumulate $TRUMP coins in connection with any leaderboard ranking or other Coin Club eligibility metric is made entirely at your own risk and is not made in reliance on any representation regarding the token disposition activities of Fight Fight Fight LLC, CIC Digital LLC or their respective affiliates.
WITH RESPECT TO THE WINTER 2026 EVENT, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING: (A) THE QUALITY, SAFETY, SUITABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE WINTER 2026 EVENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS, GROUND TRANSPORTATION, FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES, OR ANY OTHER HOSPITALITY SERVICES; (B) THE OCCURRENCE, SCHEDULING, LOCATION, OR FORMAT OF THE 2026 FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX OR ANY RELATED EVENT; (C) THE CONDITION, ACCESSIBILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY CIRCUIT, STADIUM, VENUE, OR HOSPITALITY FACILITY; (D) THE PERSONAL SAFETY OF ATTENDEES OR THE SECURITY OF PERSONAL PROPERTY AT OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE WINTER 2026 EVENT; (E) THE RISK OF EXPOSURE TO INFECTIOUS DISEASES OR OTHER HEALTH HAZARDS IN CONNECTION WITH ATTENDANCE AT THE WINTER 2026 EVENT; OR (F) ANY SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE, AMENITY, OR BENEFIT IN CONNECTION WITH THE WINTER 2026 EVENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ATTENDANCE AT THE WINTER 2026 EVENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS AND DANGERS ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDANCE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION RISKS RELATED TO TRAVEL, PHYSICAL SAFETY, PROPERTY LOSS, ILLNESS, AND THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS.
